Mortgages

The mortgage loan offered by Banco Interatlântico BI Casa is intended for individuals and allows the financing of the following modalities:

• Acquisition, construction and improvement works of permanent own housing or for income;
• Acquisition of land for the construction of own housing and/or income;
• Amount of up to 90% of the value of the property, and may reach 100% within the scope of protocols.
